June Class Projects - Part 4 of 5

I love to keep a stash of general sentiment cards on hand- you know, the kind that you can use for just about any occaision, be it a Thank-you, Thinking of You, Birthday, or "just Because".

This next card fits the bill pretty well, I think:

I'll be the first person to admit that I'm not really one for fussy cutting.  However, a good pair of paper snips and a little bit of concentration, and this bloom from Fabulous Florets practically trimmed itself ;-)  It's amazing what a good pair of scissors can do!

The bloom was watercolored with a blender pen, and then coated with Versamark and Iridescent Ice before being blasted with a heat gun.  Everything else was relatively simple, but I love the different layers and textures on the finished piece!

Thanks for taking a peek!
